In October 2008y Universal Equipment Plant OJSC was produced 1136,96 tons of powder-like wire for such metallurgical combines as "Lipeckiy metallurgical factory "Free Falcon" OJSC, RUP "Belaruskiy metallurgical factory", "Oskol'skiy electrometallurgy combine" OJSC, "Enakievskiy metallurgical factory" OJSC, joint-stock COMPANY is the "Minimetallurgicheskiy factory of "ISTIL (Ukraine)", "Taganrog metallurgical factory" OJSC, "Magnitogorskiy metallurgical combine" OJSC, "Metallurgical combine of "Azovstal" OJSC, "Ural steel" OJSC.

At the plant from October, 2005 developed and inculcated control system by quality on the basis of international standard (MN) of ISO 9001:2000. In August a 2008 gramme the plant system of management of quality went a resertifikacionnyy audit well. On the basis of this audit the certification organ of TUV NORD CERT confirmed that a plant applied the system of management of quality (SMK) in accordance with the requirements of MS ISO 9001:2000 for a purview: development, making of powder-like wire and mechanisms of its input in fusion, and also their delivery with the technological providing.
Basic and auxiliary processes are certain in SMQ of plant. The documented procedures are set in form standards of enterprise on converting of entrances of process into his outputs. The criteria of estimation of effectiveness and efficiency of processes are developed. The statistical methods of control of quality of its making on the basis of check cards of mean values of filling of powder-like material in a 1 linear meter of wire and scope of this filling are used in the productions of powder-like wire.
All of it allows high-quality to conduct market of powder-like research wire, closing of deal on their making and delivery, provolok development of new brands of powder-like, their making and supplying to the concrete users.
The specialists of plant within the framework of satisfaction of user are conduct active work on propaganda of technology of out-of-furnace treatment of metallurgical fusions (VOMR). So in 2007y 12 reasons (so much it was and in 2006y) are published in scientific and technical magazines. On congresses and conferences in 2007 grammes on questions of technology of VOMR with the use of powder-like wires 5 lectures are presented. Books, authors of Dyudkin d.a., are published in 2007 grammes, Kisilenko V.V.

A construction is developed and made for LTD. «Elektrostal'», Kurakhovo TA vehicle of model of TA08.2.000 – 1 (N = 11 kW, V = 3.5 m/ss. Control system it is equipped the logical pio of firm VIPA productions of Germanium for implementation of algorithms of management with the set of the modules: processor of VIPA CPU 214 – 2A?02, module of discrete entrances of Sm222 – 1HF20 and outputs of Sm222 – 1HF00, module of analog entrances of Sm234 – 1BD50, source of feed of Ps207/2, panel of operator of VIPA 603 – 10?00.
The program is developed on basis programming of comptroller of VIN Plf7 language, and for the panel of operator a language of OR is a manager. This control system provides a TA vehicle new functional possibilities:
1.Possibility of connection through the tire of profibas with the system more high level, for example, as to ACE of plant, that provides objective and reliable information for implementation in the automatic mode of passport of melting and eliminates influence of human factor on this process. In the end it results in upgrading melting for an user.
2.Flexibility of management an object without a change management system configuration due to the use of programmatic management.
3.Managements two and more by the brooks of serve of wire from one stand of operator.
4.Possibility of the use of remote-control and management from the stand of operator.
